Download Teamviewer 12 on Ubuntu & Debian

Firstly, we will download TeamViewer package for Ubuntu or Debian using wget command. Just execute the following command to download the package.

wget https://download.teamviewer.com/download/teamviewer_i386.deb

Install Teamviewer 12 on Ubuntu & Debian

Now We have already downloaded TeamViewer now it’s time to install it. You need to install some dependencies for TeamViewer so just execute the following command to install it with dependencies.

sudo apt-get -f install ./teamviewer_i386.deb

Start TeamViewer

Now we can start TeamViewer by executing following command on terminal.

$ teamviewer

CheckCPU: SSE2 support: yes
XRandRWait: No value set. Using default.
XRandRWait: Started by user.
